About the role 🚀 To continue our impressive growth trajectory, we are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our UK team based in our London office. You will play a crucial role in driving our expansion in the UK market, which represents one of the largest e-commerce markets in Europe. Prospect evaluation and full sales cycle management - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and post-sale handoff. - Evaluate qualified leads generated by the SDR team. - Understand the needs of customers and demonstrate Bigblue's value proposition to C-Level executives. - Build business proposals with the Operations team and manage negotiations with customers, run product demos. - Forecast and manage your sales activities and pipeline to meet revenue targets. Relationship building - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key e-commerce brands to drive revenue growth. - Position yourself as a trusted advisor and resource to prospects and clients. - Act as a brand evangelist, continuously promoting Bigblue's success stories. - Attend e-commerce events to meet with Brands and Partners, representing Bigblue in the UK market. Operational excellence - Support the Onboarding and Account Management team until the first orders have been sent. - Work on improving sales processes, commercial approaches, and KPIs monitoring. - Collaborate with the wider UK team to identify and prioritize product and operational improvements. - Monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas in lead generation or deal closing. - Coach and help UK SDRs to improve prospecting quality and conversion rates.
