In this pivotal role, you won't just manage renewals; you'll act as a trusted advisor to our Enterprise customers (+2,000 employees), identifying opportunities to expand the Kahoot! footprint and ensuring our solutions continue to deliver impact within their organizations. You will be the bridge between our current success and our future growth, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with a structured, data-driven, and relationship-first approach.

This position is based in our office centrally located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Oslo, Norway.
The role
Your main responsibility will be to manage existing accounts across customer segments and solutions in the UKI, Benelux and Nordic Region. You will be a key member in maintaining and growing our existing accounts through structured account management. In this role, you will report to the regional sales manager/director.
Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Drive the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot! customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions while creating advanced insights to secure outcomes
- Growth & Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products or services and secure expansions and pricing uplifts across existing services
- Trusted Advisor: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers, acting as a point of contact for their renewal needs and negotiating terms and pricing aligned with company goals
- High-Capacity Execution: Build and present business cases that convince customers to keep investing and execute all necessary commercial agreements or amendments for renewals and expansions
- Data & Forecasting: Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage all account activity and provide accurate monthly forecasting on expected revenue and potential upsides
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing support
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high data hygiene in core systems to ensure renewals flow correctly and track metrics to identify trends for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers (+2,000 employees)
- Proven success in managing a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, prioritizing, securing expansions and uplifts, and driving customer growth
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach
- Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Structured and data-driven mindset
- The ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
- Energised by a performance, fast-paced and dynamic environment
