Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant - Banking and Treasury to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our cash and treasury operations across all global entities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong accounting knowledge and direct experience managing international bank relationships and multi-currency reconciliations. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require expert-level proficiency in bank reconciliation software and treasury management best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations for 20+ US and international bank accounts in multiple currencies.

  • Manage the company's daily cash position and populate cash forecast 3 months ahead.

  • Process all electronic funds transfers, wire payments, and ACH transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.

  • Maintain relationships and act as a primary point of contact with domestic and international banking partners.

  • Record all treasury-related transactions, including foreign exchange transactions, bank fees, and interest income/expense.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing detailed analysis of cash and treasury activities.

  • Implement and monitor strong internal controls over cash and banking processes to safeguard company assets.

  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations for treasury-related accounts.

  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for the bank reconciliation and cash management functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on treasury, cash management, and bank reconciliations.

  • Proven experience handling bank reconciliations for a high volume of domestic and international bank accounts (20+ accounts).

  • Solid understanding of multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange transactions.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite).

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$90,000 - $105,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
