We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale intelligent AI agents that automate SDLC assurance, testing, and compliance controls. This role focuses on enhancing existing AI agents and creating new AI-driven solutions across SDLC domains, including Testing, Development, IAM, Security, and Deployment. Combining advanced LLM engineering with deep SDLC and quality assurance expertise, the position delivers scalable, auditable, and enterprise-grade AI systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows to automate end-to-end SDLC assurance processes
• Enhance existing AI agents (e.g., Test Generator, Evidence Checker) for improved accuracy, scalability, and explainability
• Develop new AI agents for controls such as Deployment, IAM, Security, and Change Management
• Translate SDLC standards, policies, and controls into AI reasoning logic and rule-based decision flows
• Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) on platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or other enterprise LLM platforms
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration
• Design guardrails, validation checks, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure reliable AI outputs
• Build and maintain knowledge graphs representing SDLC controls, testing standards, and best practices
• Implement vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for context-aware AI responses
• Ensure all AI outputs are traceable, explainable, and audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in development and test automation frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI-compatible APIs)
• Experience designing Agentic AI systems or multi-step AI workflows
• Solid understanding of knowledge graphs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
• Experience with API integrations, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in Banking or financial domain (core banking solutions, payment systems, digital banking platforms) is a plus
