Location - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost optimization and working capital consulting, including cash flow optimization, interest cost reduction, inventory management, and analysis of accounts payable (P2P) and accounts receivable (O2C) to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Drive supply chain consulting projects across the value chain, focusing on supplier and channel partner risk management.
  • Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports and assign risk scores by analyzing annual reports, documentation, site visits, and management discussions.
  • Conduct sectoral analysis, industry benchmarking, and portfolio analysis to support strategic decision-making for clients.
  • Manage team operations and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output, while overseeing end-to-end account management and working toward revenue targets.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales associates, and business partners to ensure timely delivery of reports with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize expertise in financial modeling, liquidity forecasting, third-party due diligence, and risk rating to provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for data extraction and analysis, and use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize cost-saving opportunities.  
  • Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute; CFA or CMA is an added advantage.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Working Capital Advisory, Treasury, and Third-Party Due Diligence.
  • Ability to influence operational heads (Sales, Procurement, and Production) to adopt behaviors that drive financial efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
