Gramophone is currently hiring for a Senior AV Service Technician. Responsibilities for this position include interfacing daily with Gramophone’s client base, providing top-notch customer service, performing on-site troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of complex audiovisual systems, providing system upgrade recommendations to our sales staff, and performing general installation support for audiovisual projects.

Required Skills:
The preferred candidate will possess at least 5 years of audiovisual installation experience and will have excellent customer service skills. Experience with audiovisual system setup and troubleshooting is required. The preferred candidate will be familiar with Crestron control systems, Savant, and URC remotes. as well as general networking capabilities.
