Braiins Forge is the hardware division of the Braiins Group, pioneers in the Bitcoin mining industry and the company behind Braiins Pool (former Slushpool) the world's first Bitcoin mining pool. We design and manufacture high-quality, efficient, and durable Bitcoin mining hardware built to withstand the harshest environments. Our capabilities span power electronics, embedded systems, and mechanical design – all developed in-house in Prague.
We are now building our sales function from the ground up and looking for our first Sales hire – a senior hunter who will shape our go-to-market strategy and grow with us into a sales leadership role.
We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager who will take ownership of building and executing our commercial strategy from scratch. You will be the first dedicated sales person in the company, with the opportunity to define your own territory, build the reseller network, and eventually grow into Head of Sales as you scale the function.

Go-to-Market & Strategy
Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Braiins Forge products
Identifying and prioritizing target markets (Czech Republic → EU → USA → Global)
Building the reseller and distribution partner network from scratch
Defining pricing strategies, sales processes, and channel policies
Hunting & Business Development
Proactively identifying and acquiring new resellers, distributors, and strategic partners
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships
Building a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets
Account Management & Growth
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Gathering market feedback to inform product development and positioning
Leadership Path
Building the sales function and processes from the ground up
Clear growth trajectory to Head of Sales as the team expands

Must Have:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hardware, electronics, or technology products
Proven hunter mentality – track record of acquiring new business and opening new markets
Experience building or significantly contributing to a reseller/distribution network
Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Fluent English and Czech (written and spoken)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Willingness to travel (industry events, partner visits, international expansion)
Based in Prague or willing to relocate (hybrid work model)
Nice to Have:
Experience in the Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or mining industry
Existing network of contacts in hardware distribution or mining sector
Additional languages (German, Spanish, or others)
Experience scaling a sales function or building a team
