Generic Responsibilities
- Performs all the loan administration tasks and manage the associated refinancing activity of all financing activity of the relevant EMEA branch.
- Ensures day-to-day support across all business lines, both for new and existing credit facilities, implementing credit in the system following instructions of the Middle Office.
- Manages payments strict time constraints to ensure a high-level of servicing whilst limiting any potential Operational Risk issues.
- Facilitates new loan utilizations, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, fees, interest rate and margin management.
- Checks and executes clients’ instructions and reconciliation checks, and carries out investigations where necessary;
- Monitors the receipt of all interest, principal sums and fees due;
- Ensures processing and management of financing deals are in compliance with regulations and processing times.
Specific Responsibilities
- Validates transactions, making sure that all operations are correctly recorded and processed in management and accounting systems before the monthly closing, detecting and correcting any existing errors;
- Supports more junior Officers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and providing constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Economics/Management;
Relevant cash payment and reconciliation systems experience (Kalypson, Plasnet, Sesame, Picasso, IMS, etc.);
Microsoft 365 knowledge and ability to use web-based technology effectively;
Knowledge with Methods and Processing Payments;
Mastery of English;
Ability to ensure compliance with productions constraints (costs, deadlines and quality);
Experience with areas Tools: LoanIQ; Toge (FR), Sysco (FR), Vermeer (FR), Calypso (EMEA), Plasnet, SDD Mandats (FR), Sesame, Flora (FR), Sword, Skylab, RefTaux, Picasso (EMEA).
