Job Description:
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll design, build, and scale backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. This is a high-impact role with meaningful ownership over complex systems and real influence over architecture and product direction.

What you will do:

• Build backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL with strong reliability and observability.

• Develop distributed, event-driven components and AI-enabled backend capabilities (LLM integration, evaluation workflows).

• Own significant backend modules, shipping complex features end-to-end.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced backend engineer with Node.js/TypeScript and production-scale systems.

• Strong understanding of distributed architectures, AWS, Terraform, infrastructure automation, and observability tooling.

• Builder mindset: bias for action, low ego, pragmatic, and curious about LLM integrations.
