We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to own complex backend systems, shape large-scale distributed architecture, and solve real cloud-scale challenges.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement core backend components in Go.
Build services and internal tools that interact with Redis clusters and automate management workflows.
Architect scalable, cloud-native systems running on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP.
Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and other backend teams to deliver reliable, maintainable systems.
Lead code reviews, introduce engineering best practices, and influence long-term technical direction.

What You Need to Have

7+ years of professional software development experience with Go, Python or a similar high-level language.
Proven track record of owning technical domains, delivering complex systems, and driving initiatives independently.
Deep understanding of cloud-native environments and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).
Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP preferred).
Experience with microservices, RESTful API design.
Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a bias toward transparency and accountability.
A mindset of continuous improvement, curiosity, and technical rigor.

Nice to Have:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
Familiarity with distributed and queue-based systems (e.g., Kafka, Temporal).
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
