As part of the Design Studio, you will bring Qonto's brand visuals to life and drive high engagement in a multicultural environment. Focusing on the Event scope, you will ensure Qonto's identity aligns with global standards while resonating with local nuances across our 8 markets (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more). You will report to Eduardo, our Brand Design Team Lead, and collaborate with local marketing teams to craft memorable events and campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of people, directly supporting our brand awareness and lead generation.
👩💻🧑💻As a Senior Brand Designer at Qonto, you will
• Cross-coordinate with local marketing stakeholders across our eight markets, identifying their specific needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage event design projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, creating comprehensive brand narratives including teasers, booth designs, activations, and post-event communications.
• Collaborate on organic social media content, translating brand narratives into native, market-relevant formats that strengthen awareness and engagement across channels.
• Drive creative excellence by conducting market research, benchmarking, and craft to ensure our designs stand out while serving business objectives.
• Contribute to our design, continuously improving our library and standards to scale quality solutions across all assets.
🤔 What you can expect
• Join a dynamic design team of seven talented professionals creating visual assets for local marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on events.
• Embrace ownership and teamwork: you will manage your projects and stakeholder relationships independently while having the freedom to bring your own storytelling and concepts to the table.
• Work cross-functionally with System Designers, Copywriters, and Product Marketing Managers, as well as external partners like influencers, video production companies, and interior architects.
• Push the craft beyond traditional boundaries by leveraging AI to achieve new heights of creativity.
🤝 About your future manager
Your manager will be Eduardo, a multidisciplinary branding expert and team leader. He has worked in branding, marketing, and advertising across creative and cultural industries, handling everything from hyper-local to global projects. Eduardo is committed to guiding his team to create perfectly crafted visuals and meaningful concepts. He will help you grow your expertise in Social Media, Brand Design, and Design Systems while you work together to solve complex problems.
🏅About You
• Motion design expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact digital pieces.
• Generative AI: You master or regularly use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Kling to enhance your creative process.
• Content & Social Media: You have expertise in content and performance marketing, with a focus on organic social media. You know how to analyze trends on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strategic concepting: You can crack strong creative concepts and lead their development from initial idea to multi-format variations.
• Agency Management: You are experienced in managing agencies and external providers, overseeing everything from the initial brief to implementation and production. A background in creative agencies or advertising is a strong plus.
