• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business needs, user stories, and workflows related to elevator inspections, audits, and maintenance management.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience.
• Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), and process diagrams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development environment.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), feature prioritisation, and feedback collection to ensure the final solution meets business goals.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights for clients.
• Recommend enhancements to business processes and platform features based on user feedback and industry trends.
