Senior Business Analyst (Contract starting January)

This is an opportunity to define the blueprint for a major transformation program. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can cut through the noise of a complex enterprise environment to uncover the "truth" of what the business needs. You won't just be taking notes in workshops; you will be facilitating high-stakes sessions to elicit requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate vague stakeholder visions into precise, tender-ready specifications.

You will own the integrity of the solution design. From mapping complex processes (BPMN) to ensuring every functional requirement is fully traceable, your work will form the foundation of our commercial engagement. You will take charge of the documentation pipeline, ensuring that inputs and system specifications are not only accurate but commercially robust, working in lockstep with offshore analysts to drive high-volume, high-quality output.

Crucially, you will be the heartbeat of the delivery team. Wearing the hat of a Scrum Master, you will orchestrate the rhythm of the project. You are the person who removes blockers, enforces cadence, and ensures that the onshore and offshore teams operate as a single, cohesive unit. Qualifications

• Seasoned Expertise: Previous experience driving business analysis within complex, high-stakes programs.

• Delivery Leadership: Proven ability to step up as a Scrum Master, managing team velocity, removing impediments, and ensuring consistent delivery cadence.

• Commercial Precision: Strong track record in creating documentation and transforming business needs into definitive system specifications 

• Visual Communicator: demonstrated capability to map the future state clearly using BPMN, Visio, and Confluence to align diverse stakeholders.

• Requirements Architecture: Expert skill in translating abstract needs into concrete functional and non-functional requirements with watertight traceability.

• Global Orchestration: Experience acting as the onshore anchor, collaborating daily with and reviewing the output of offshore Business Analysts to ensure quality.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to navigate Multi-Vendor (MSI) environments and bridge the gap between cross-disciplinary teams.
