Senior Business Strategy
- Support senior leaders in developing and evaluating mid- to long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry trend analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist with product portfolio development by analyzing performance, pricing, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for new initiatives and ongoing business improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop executive-level presentations, insights, and recommendations for management discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, consulting, investment, or other analytical roles.
- Experience in consulting (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with data, financial analysis, and market research.
- Able to communicate insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset; eager to learn and continuously expand perspective.
- Interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance analysis and decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
