About the role

We're seeking a dynamic (Senior) Client Manager to join our Shanghai office and play a pivotal role in shaping brands and driving impact for our clients. You'll be instrumental in nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, leading to mutual trust and exceptional collaboration. As a trusted advisor to your client, you’ll own projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional creative teams to deliver exceptional work.  With your strategic thinking and eye for detail, you’ll ensure every project is impactful and aligned with client objectives.

About you

You're an excellent communicator with a strong passion for strategic and creative brand development. You’re adept at working across complex agency networks and collaborating with diverse teams. A natural communicator and problem solver, you’ll build strong, consultative relationships with clients while confidently managing project challenges. Your meticulous project management skills will ensure work is delivered on time and within budget, and your commercial acumen will drive success and profitability. Above all, you’ll bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach that elevates every project you touch.
