Senior Consultant - Data Analyst / BI Consultant
Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Data Analyst for our fasts growing activities with our client.
The Senior Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and develop dashboards and reports
- Analyze data and produce key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Contribute to KPI definition
- Collaborate with technical teams
The Senior Consultant - Data Analyst / BI Consultant will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Accountant club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Accountant topics.
As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - Data Analyst / BI Consultant will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and BI
- Translate business needs into data insights and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams
- Master SQL
- Use at least one BI / Data Visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
- Understand data modeling fundamentals
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Apply basic knowledge of Python or R (nice to have)
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Understand business processes and reporting needs
- Communicate effectively through data storytelling
- Work in Agile / Scrum environments
- Apply data governance and data quality practices
- License or Master qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering or equivalent
- English speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage
