We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Creative Producer for our partner company, Duomo, who can build and lead a world-class creative engine for user acquisition and brand growth.

As our Creative Producer, you will:
— See the direct impact of your work in near real-time;

— Work alongside sharp, results-oriented teammates.
Responsibilities:
— Oversee the entire creative production process - from concept through execution, while guiding and inspiring the team to deliver top-quality results for each project;
— Produce original, user-focused creative concepts that align closely with strategic goals;
— Review user acquisition data and evaluate creative performance to identify opportunities for optimizing key metrics;
— Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and platforms to ensure our creative strategy remains innovative and differentiated;
— Lead cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps, tech products, or DTC consumer businesses;
— Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social or performance marketing channels;
— Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and their creative requirements;
— Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies and how to scale winning assets;
— Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
— Fluent in English (B2+).
