Job Overview:

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact creative marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s creative direction, strengthening brand presence, and delivering compelling campaigns that support business growth, client engagement, and market positioning in the IT and digital services space.

Timings:  12PM - 9PM (Onsite)

Location: Lahore

Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies aligned with Prime System Solutions’ brand and business objectives
  • Define and maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all channels
  • Lead creative ideation for integrated marketing campaigns

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and execute creative campaigns across digital, social media, web, email, and offline channels
  • Oversee end-to-end creative production, including design, copy, video, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and sales teams to ensure creativity supports lead generation and conversions

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage internal creative resources and external agencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership
  • Present creative concepts, campaign plans, and results to senior stakeholders

Digital & Content Oversight

  • Drive creative excellence across Prime System Solutions’ website, social platforms, and marketing materials
  • Ensure content and creative assets are optimized for different platforms and audiences
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging creative formats

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance metrics
  • Use insights and feedback to refine creative strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Balance creativity with business impact and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in creative marketing, brand, or advertising roles
  • Proven experience leading creative campaigns and managing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and content ecosystems
  • Experience within IT services, technology, or digital solutions is a strong plus
