About the job:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager (Game) to take ownership of our marketing strategy across UA, creatives, and store presence.
This role sits at the intersection of UA, Creative, Product, and Narrative. You will define what we test, why we test it, how we evaluate results, and how creatives evolve based on player and performance data.
You will plan, guide, and optimize the full marketing journey, from ideation and creative planning, to execution, analysis, and iteration, ensuring that marketing, UA, product, and creative teams are aligned toward scalable growth.
You will not manage ad buying, but you will decide the creative direction that drives growth.
About You
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, UA strategy, creative strategy, or growth roles in games or consumer appsStrong understanding of mobile game marketing and player psychologyProven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies end-to-endComfortable working with data and turning insights into actionable plansExcellent storytelling and communication skillsExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsAbility to take ownership and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
Will be a plus
Experience with visual novels, dating sim, or narrative-based mobile gamesFamiliarity with UGC, playable ads, and short-form video strategiesExperience working closely with UA teams and ad networksBackground in copywriting, psychology, or game designUnderstanding of store optimization (icons, screenshots, descriptions).
