Senior Data Analyst

Dental group with 20 offices and 300 employees is seeking a senior data analyst to help develop, implement and maintain a standardized set of data analytic tools, reports and dashboards throughout the company to support data driven decision making. 

Among other duties, this job will entail:

  1. Pulling data from various data sources
  2. Being an Excel ninja who can slice and dice the data with vLookups, pivot tables etc
  3. Creating dashboards to effectively communicate information to various stakeholders
  4. Designing data, information and metrics to assist teams in making data driven decisions

These and other duties will be required for all departments across the organization including:

  1. Marketing
  2. Finance
  3. Operations
  4. Revenue Cycle
  5. Call Center
  6. Executive
  7. Human Resources

Since this is a new position at the company, the role will currently report directly to the CEO.  In the future the role may sit in either the Finance or Marketing department.
