Accountabilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models to support program outcomes, grant-funded activities, and long-term impact measurementDevelop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports that enable teams and leadership to make informed, data-driven decisionsAnalyze trends and patterns across multiple datasets to surface actionable insights that guide strategy, partnerships, and program interventionsDefine and improve data processes, including ETL workflows, aggregation, and storage, to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional data and technology teams to align metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards across the organizationProactively identify gaps, requirements, and opportunities to strengthen and evolve the broader data ecosystemRequirements:
Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least three years of experience in data science, analytics, research, or a related fieldStrong programming experience, particularly with SQL and Python, including API integrations, authentication, pagination, and JSON data handlingHands-on experience with large-scale data processing and storage technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Presto, and SparkProven experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Apache Superset, Looker Studio, or similar platformsSolid working knowledge of collaborative tools, including Google Workspace and advanced spreadsheet usageStrong problem-solving skills, sound judgment in selecting analytical approaches, and a continuous learning mindsetFamiliarity with ethical data practices, privacy considerations, and responsible data managementBenefits:
