What you’ll do
As a Senior Digital Data Manager, you’ll lead the development of tools that help track & measure performance, visualise data and amplify digital sites and campaigns.
You will:
- Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and navigate change with confidence
- Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and specialists to ensure seamless delivery
- Support resource planning and allocation in collaboration with the Delivery Lead
- Apply and champion “The Catch Way” across projects, ensuring consistent delivery standards
- Maintain high-quality project documentation, reporting, and governance
- Contribute to pitches, scoping, and proposals to support new business opportunities.
Requirements
You must already be based in New Zealand and available to work from our Wellington office.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital and data delivery and product development roles
- Proven experience working within a digital agency or consultancy environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while balancing scope, time, budget, and quality
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted client relationships
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and strategists
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and scope control
- A calm, proactive, solutions-focused mindset, especially when navigating complexity.
