We're looking for a hands-on (Senior) digital growth Manager to join our marketing team and own paid channels and account-based marketing. The ultimate outcome of this role is to drive measurable pipeline growth by building scalable paid programs and targeted ABM motions that bring the right buyers to Taktile at the right time. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to our VP of Marketing.
Drive paid acquisition & search visibility
Own and manage paid channels end-to-end (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and secondary channels)
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to define our organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, ensuring Taktile is cited as a leader in AI-driven search results and LLM responses
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across the full funnel - from awareness to high-intent conversion
Translate performance data into high-impact creative briefs, working with designers to iterate on ad visuals and copy that resonate with sophisticated financial buyers
Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize pipeline contribution, tailoring budgets and creative to specific regional market nuances
Run Account-Based Marketing
Define and maintain the target account list in close partnership with sales and RevOps
Design and execute coordinated ABM programs - combining paid, content, and outbound - to engage high-priority accounts
Track account-level engagement and use insights to guide sequencing and prioritization
Build the infrastructure and playbooks that make ABM repeatable, leveraging AI agents to assist in lead research and personalized outreach at scale
Own performance reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that give clear visibility into channel performance, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
Work closely with RevOps to align on multi-touch attribution models and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
Translate data into actionable insights that inform broader marketing strategy
4+ years in growth/ performance/ paid marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS
Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on pipeline (SQLs/ opportunities) rather than just lead volume
Hands-on experience running ABM programs in close alignment with sales
Curiosity to work with the latest AI tools to accelerate your day-to-day operations
Comfortable owning your function end-to-end in a lean, high-output team
Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus)
Ability to move fast in a scale-up environment
