Senior Director - Finance Business Partner

As the Director of Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various business units to provide insights and recommendations that drive performance and strategic initiatives. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be essential in linking financial outcomes to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, serving as a trusted financial advisor.
• Provide financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing financial strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and performance updates to senior management and the board.
• Promote best practices in financial management, reporting, and analysis across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnership or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in driving business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
