We’re looking for a VP / Director of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to own and scale the global lifecycle and retention engine across this portfolio as we expand into new markets and B2B opportunities. In this high-impact role, you’ll operate at the intersection of growth, product, and data, leading a high-performing team to shape how millions of users and businesses engage with and stay loyal to our products—while driving Kape’s evolution into a top global cybersecurity company.
You will lead a team of ~20 across CRM, lifecycle, pricing, and CRO, defining the next generation of retention through AI-driven personalization, advanced experimentation, and world-class customer journeys.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across all brands, with a clear mandate to maximize LTV, reduce churn, and accelerate revenue growth. Build and execute a global roadmap spanning onboarding, engagement, renewal, upsell, and winback.
Build, scale, and inspire a high-performing team of ~20 across CRM, lifecycle marketing, and CRO. Develop strong leadership layers, elevate talent, and foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and impact.
Drive the evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization levers across multiple products. Partner closely with Product and Finance to optimize subscription models, promotions, add-ons, and upgrade paths that maximize long-term customer value.
Leverage cutting-edge CRM platforms and AI-driven tools to deliver highly personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale. Continuously evolve segmentation, targeting, and automation strategies.
Own the intersection of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lifecycle marketing, ensuring seamless, high-converting user journeys across all touchpoints—from onboarding through renewal.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering to create a cohesive retention and monetization engine. Align incentives, roadmaps, and execution to deliver business impact.
Establish best-in-class analytics and experimentation frameworks. Deeply understand and optimize key metrics including churn, resurrection, winback, upsell, renewal rates, and LTV.
Operate as both a strategic leader and an execution partner—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to unblock teams, launch initiatives, and drive results, especially in a high-growth or smaller company environment.
