Job Title: Senior Finance Manager (US Market Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen our finance function. This role is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, discipline, and transparency across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both finance and accounting, understands how businesses operate financially, and can provide clear, timely insights that support leadership decision-making.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial health, clean reporting, and forward-looking visibility. While this role does not require independent business decision-making authority, it does require strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to clearly communicate financial realities and trends to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function
• Ensure books, records, and financial reports are accurate, complete, and timely
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
• Review and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and close activities
• Coordinate closely with accounting team members to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and dashboards
• Provide short-term and medium-term financial forecasts and cash flow visibility
• Monitor company financial health and flag risks, inconsistencies, or anomalies
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
• Act as the primary point of accountability for financial data integrity
• Work cross-functionally to understand operational drivers impacting finances
• Assist leadership with financial insights, scenario analysis, and clarity for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of finance fundamentals and accounting principles
• Proven experience managing or overseeing a finance or accounting function
• High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear insights
• Comfort working with forecasts, reports, and financial models
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with accounting systems, ERPs, or financial software
• Professional skepticism and ownership mindset toward financial data
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience working with growing or multi-entity businesses is a plus
• Exposure to forecasting, cash management, and financial planning
