Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to help shape CompanyCam’s financial strategy and planning as we continue to scale. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and teams across the business to turn financial data into clear insights and recommendations.

In this role, you’ll help evolve CompanyCam’s FP&A function, building and maintaining financial models, improving planning and forecasting processes, and supporting leadership with the information they need to make smart, timely decisions. You’ll balance analytical rigor with practical business judgment and a bias for action.

Location: This role is based in or near Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and share clear recommendations with senior leaders.
  • Support month-end close by partnering with Accounting, completing Budget vs. Actual analyses, and contributing insights for department reviews.
  • Prepare financial reporting and materials for the Board, Executive Team, and functional leaders.
  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Perform variance analyses and partner with stakeholders to validate assumptions and inputs.
  • Review procurement and hiring requests, providing thoughtful financial guidance and recommendations.
  • Maintain CompanyCam’s procurement system (Tropic), ensuring accurate vendor tracking and effective workflows.
  • Play a key role in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, quarterly plan versions, and rolling forecasts.
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to teams across the business, supporting strategy, planning, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to improve models, dashboards, and reporting in Pigment.
  • Contribute to FP&A projects such as system integrations, automation, SOP development, and capital allocation initiatives.

The Impact You'll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Strengthening CompanyCam’s financial planning and forecasting foundation.
  • Enabling data-informed decisions across Finance and the broader business.
  • Improving visibility into financial performance and tradeoffs.
  • Helping leaders allocate resources effectively as we grow.
  • Building scalable, efficient FP&A processes that support long-term success.

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a strong finance focus.
    • 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
    • Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience working with SQL or relational databases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights.
    • A collaborative, curiosity-driven mindset with comfort working cross-functionally.
    • High ownership, independence, and a bias toward action.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build lightweight, scalable processes.
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
    • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in B2B SaaS or a related industry.
    • Experience with FP&A tools, especially Pigment.
