The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance to help guide CompanyCam’s revenue strategy as we scale. Reporting to the Manager of GTM Finance, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to turn performance data into insights that shape planning, investment decisions, and growth strategy.
In this role, you’ll help evolve CompanyCam’s GTM Finance function by building and improving revenue models, supporting planning and forecasting, and acting as a trusted financial partner to revenue-driving teams. You’ll combine analytical depth with strong business context to help teams make better, faster decisions.
Location: This role is based in or near Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska.
What You'll Do
- Analyze GTM performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate clear, actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Support Monthly Business Reviews by partnering with Sales and Marketing on Budget vs. Actual analyses and performance insights.
- Build, maintain, and evolve revenue, funnel, and capacity models that power forecasting, hiring decisions, and GTM planning across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Perform variance analyses and partner with stakeholders to validate assumptions, inputs, and results.
- Partner with Business Development to develop bottom-up revenue plans and opportunity sizing for Partnerships and Alliances.
- Play a key role in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling forecast updates.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to go-to-market teams, supporting prioritization, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
- Prepare financial reporting and materials for the Board, Executive Team, and functional leaders.
- Collaborate with Finance teammates to enhance models, dashboards, and reporting in Pigment.
- Lead and contribute to GTM-focused projects, including funnel and mix redesigns, ROAS reporting, SOP development, and process improvements.
The Impact You'll Have
At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
- Improving visibility into go-to-market performance and revenue drivers.
- Enabling data-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Strengthening revenue planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
- Helping leaders allocate resources to the highest-impact growth opportunities.
- Building scalable GTM Finance processes that grow with the business.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a strong finance focus.
- 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience working with SQL or relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with Sales & Marketing data, including funnel, pipeline, and cycle modeling.
- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into actionable insights.
- A collaborative, curiosity-driven mindset with comfort partnering across teams.
- High ownership, independence, and a bias toward action.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build lightweight, scalable processes.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or a related industry.
- Experience with FP&A tools, especially Pigment.
