We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and work closely with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications
• Own the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Convert business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions
• Design and manage databases, create DB objects, reports, and support ETL activities
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and reviews
• Independently plan and deliver small to mid-sized projects
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Infrastructure teams for seamless delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, including occasional off-hours support
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, and process enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
• Experience designing and building Microservices-based architectures
• Solid understanding of design patterns and scalable system design
• Frontend experience with Angular, React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Strong database skills with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience building mid to high-scale internet or enterprise web applications
• Knowledge of application performance testing and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
