Job Description:
Join a high-impact payments squad responsible for the end-to-end transaction journey within a personal savings mission. You will design and engineer large-scale systems across web and mobile frontends to complex backend processing, including fraud and AML checks. This role focuses on delivering seamless, secure money movement for hundreds of thousands of customers while leveraging cutting-edge GenAI tools.

What you will do:

• Engineer and scale payment journeys from transaction initiation to backend scheme connections

• Collaborate in cross-functional squads to solve complex user problems using TDD and continuous deployment

• Leverage GenAI tools to increase productivity and enhance technical decision-making processes

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience designing and engineering large-scale systems with Python or TypeScript

• Demonstrates a strong background in cloud-native technologies including AWS, GCP, and Terraform

• Values simple designs, mentorship, and business impact over complex code for its own sake
