We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and validate cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on developing proof-of-concept (POC) applications, transforming ideas into working AI systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI models and algorithms.
• Build Proof of Concept (POC) applications to demonstrate feasibility and business value of AI solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability for training and evaluation.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to technical solution design.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and applications.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies and apply best practices.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
• Use Vertex AI for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate and leverage large language models and GenAI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini) for advanced AI use cases.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as PySpark.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments, preferably GCP.
• Solid understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience with end-to-end AI solution development, from POC to deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable AI architectures.
