The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality visual content that supports C3 Industries’ retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. This role partners closely with the Design Director to concept, design, and execute creative assets across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards, marketing strategies, and organizational KPIs.
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life—from initial concept through final production—while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence. In addition to executing design work, this role provides guidance to supporting Graphic Designers, helping ensure efficient campaign production and adherence to brand systems and creative processes.

In this role you will...
- Lead concept development and visual execution for marketing campaigns, with experience in retail promotional campaigns and CPG brand support.
- The primary focus will be on creative development and execution of High Profile retail promotional campaigns, with the remaining time supporting CPG brands including Cloud Cover, Galactic, Habitat, and other licensed brands.
- Develop concepts and execute design work from start to finish across multiple channels, including but not limited to:
- Retail promotions across all advertising channels (in-store displays, digital signage, paid media, and OOH)
- Product packaging and packaging updates
- Brand identity development and brand evolution
- Marketing and advertising campaign creative
- Branded apparel and merchandise
- Retail displays, signage, and environmental graphics
- Social media, email/newsletter, and website graphics
- Develop creative assets that support marketing communications aligned with strategic priorities, campaign goals, and KPIs.
- Ensure creative output maintains consistency with established brand identity, tone, and visual systems across all channels.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
- Partner with marketing, retail, digital, and brand teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Participate in campaign briefings and creative reviews, contributing ideas that elevate campaign impact and brand storytelling.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Track and manage design tasks within the company’s Project Management System to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project timelines, requirements, and priorities.
- Provide guidance and direction to supporting Graphic Designers in the production build-out of campaigns and brand assets.
- Assist in maintaining efficient design workflows and ensuring production quality standards are met.
- Support the Design Director in maintaining consistency in creative execution across the design team.
Skills and experience you have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, agency, or consumer packaged goods environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development, branding, and multi-channel marketing design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience in Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and PowerPoint are a plus.
- Experience designing both print and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
- Experience working within project management systems and collaborative design workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
