We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to join our CASETiFY Travel team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be meticulous in your attention to detail. You are a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify areas for improvement, creating procedures that increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. You have a proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships to support and fulfill strategic objectives.
Working closely with the Brand Director and Marketing Manager, you will execute the day-to-day operations of our influencer program, encompassing product seeding, relationship management, and campaign tracking. You will collaborate with the functional teams to grow CASETiFY through influencer marketing, with a particular emphasis on the US, JP, and KR markets. Your success will be measured by your ability to elevate the brand's aesthetic credibility and amplify our key campaigns through high-quality UGC & influencer content.
Job Description
Execute influencer strategies that prioritize aesthetic credibility and style through KR influencers, especially on Instagram & TikTok.
Track and analyze influencer marketing performance, using a test-and-learn approach to achieve success and gather valuable insights.
Identify and expand the pool of influencers across various genres on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media and online platforms.
Collaborate closely with different teams to implement effective influencer marketing strategies for CASETiFY Travel.
Support the marketing team in boosting brand awareness and loyalty through organic seeding.
Build deep, mutually beneficial relationships and establish new connections within the influencer community. Manage negotiations (including legal/contractual requirements for paid campaigns) and ensure all deliverables meet the high creative standards aligned with brand equity.
Stay informed on industry trends and offer competitive insights into how other lifestyle brands engage with influencers.

EMV, UGC volume, ER, follower gain
CPM & CPE (for paid campaign)
Requirement
2-4 years of hands-on experience in influencer or VIP/celebrity seeding, preferably for a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand known for strong aesthetic direction.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or related field.
Strong understanding and ability to identify micro-communities and aesthetic trends across the US/KR and global English-speaking markets (especially among the Gen Z and Millennial Creative Traveler segment).
Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Stay on top of the latest lifestyle trends and develop a passion for influencers and social media.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Associate position.
