Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Participate on technical projects and support operation teams
• Participate on systems architecture design & equipment selection
• Maintain and optimise the environment's performance
• Manage different environments and version changes
• Analyse messages received by the control unit          
• Provide alerts and intervene with incidents         
• Continuously monitor resources with reference to the work schedule           
• Maintain general terms and conditions for production     
• Troubleshoot and resolver Server, Network and Storage issues 

Qualifications

Technical Skills: 

• Virtualization: VMware VCSA e VSphere 8, Aria Operations    
• Hardware Management: Dell OpenManage Enterprise, HPE OneView          
• Enterprise Storage Administration: SAN, NAS, HPE & IBM Storage Arrays  
• IBM SVC Storage Virtualization
• SAN Network: Fibre Channel SAN with Brocade 
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
