The Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer is responsible for managing client projects and for assuring high quality and timely completion of engineering designs and reports. The Senior I&C Engineer should be comfortable interfacing with the clients, visiting clients’ facilities and performing physical work such as walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing stairs/ladders. Key responsibilities include technical calculations and preparation of I&C deliverables.

Qualifications
5+Years of Engineering ExperienceExperience in refinery or a continuous process chemical plant is a plusP&ID understandingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with typical I&C drawings (Loops, Cabinet Layout/Wiring etc.)Working knowledge of process field instrumentationProject lead experience developing engineering schedules, budgets and forecastsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in teams and to present a positive image to clientsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and 3-D CAD a plusEngineering design tools and calculationsKnowledge of Industry Standards (ISA, PSM, etc.)
Education/Certification Requirements
BS Degree in Chemical or Electrical EngineeringAdvanced degree, and/or P.E. certification a plusActive participation in professional organizations a plus
