Position Summary
Culligan Quench is hiring a Senior IT Operations Analyst to support the CIO by coordinating operational priorities across the IT organization at Culligan Quench. This role focuses on operations coordination, analytics/reporting, and procurement visibility across IT initiatives. The person in this role will sit in leadership and technical meetings, track follow-ups and workstreams, prepare reporting for leadership, and help maintain visibility into vendor activity, procurement processes, and operational spend. The role requires someone with experience in an IT environment and supporting initiatives across teams while ensuring projects, IT KPIs, budget, and operational processes stay organized.

- IT Project Manager
- Technical Program Manager
- Technical Business Analyst
- Systems Analyst
- IT Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
Track initiatives, action items, and follow-ups from IT leadership meetings Coordinate operational priorities and initiatives across IT teams Prepare reporting and dashboards for leadership using Excel or Power BI Pull and analyze operational data to support decision making Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for IT tools and services Track vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement activity Monitor operational expenses and confirm invoices or purchasing activity are processed -Maintain visibility into IT budgets and operational spend - Improve documentation and organization across IT initiatives
Requirements
Experience working within an IT or Finance organization Comfortable participating in conversations about systems, integrations, infrastructure, and applications Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports or dashboards Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams) Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus
