You will design and scale Java 21 microservices on Google Cloud Platform, processing millions of daily transactions. What you will do:

• Design and maintain high-throughput Java microservices using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and OpenAPI within a containerized GCP ecosystem.

• Architect event-driven systems using Pub/Sub and Redis to optimize services for low latency and high daily transaction volumes.

• Collaborate across product and data teams to build secure, scalable APIs and contribute to infrastructure reliability through automated CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses over 5 years of commercial Java experience, including expertise with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3 microservices.

• Has deep practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services including GKE, Cloud SQL, and Pub/Sub event-driven messaging patterns.

• Demonstrates strong API design skills and a solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning for high-volume data processing.
