As the Senior Manager, you will deliver and develop the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for our Operational Risk Management offerings across the region. You will understand business challenges faced by client executives in leading organizations in order to design solutions that effectively support clients. You will have a strategic and client facing engagement and delivery role across the consulting value chain leading and or supporting business development efforts, project execution and account development.
You will be a regional thought leader in Operational Risk Management, responsible to help shape and drive our strategy in collaboration with our regional APAC Teams. At the highest level, you will have the chance to:

You will be responsible to:
Develop go-to-market strategy to support national/regional business growth in collaboration with the Global industry M&M team;
Focus on supporting the core regional ANZ Mining & Metals Industry Team :
Project Manage large, complex, multi year projects to deliver client impact, whilst managing a team, project quality and project profitability.
Collaborate closely with the ORM practice contributing to thought leadership, offerings and methodologies bringing global best practices into the ANZ market and clients;
Working with the ANZ M&M Industry Team, leading business development activities providing expert support in the development of client proposals;
Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships;
Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the global Marketing and the Industry Teams;
You will have a client delivery chargeability target and a business development target.
Internally, you will be involved in:
Building effective working relationships regionally and participating in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources, alongside possessing a network of regional contacts.
Contributing to the development and/or enhancement of existing dss+ IP and engaging with functional/ industry peers to support continued methodology development.
Participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices, developing and enhancing dss+ intellectual property and sharing thought leadership.
Collaborating with peers to identify and progress opportunities with new and existing clients.
