- Ensuring regular reporting to the division management
Qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering
- Proven experience in the management of construction projects
- Sound professional experience in commercial real estate management as well as management experience
- Basic MS Office and SAP skills
- Very good German and good English
- Criticism, conflict and decision-making skills with a pronounced customer orientation at various
- interfaces
- Independent, proactive, structured and organized way of working
