Brillio LLC is seeking a qualified Senior Manager Strategy & ConsultingJob Duties and Requirements:Utilize the power of solutions that can be driven through Sales & operations suite to bring optimization and efficiency in client Sales process. Integration of the Knowledge Management Modules and Asset knowledge across the enterprise. Integrate the tool with client enterprise data warehouse to pull the required data into the tool. . Conduct post integration tests and support for the tool. Work on Web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, R, Python, SQL Server (or client specific RDBMS), visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, developing customized analytics solutions and testing for Sales & operations suite. Customize the optimization codes, Installation and Configuration of Supply Chain Optimization suite. Create advanced analytics self - serve tools and solutions. Integration of Events, Knowledge Base and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to Supply Chain Optimization suite. Putting up documentation and training manuals. Review the code of team members and guide them. Proactively initiate Process Improvements by delegating tasks to his teams, keeping in mind, Inputs from Audit Process, Best practices across industry and ITIL guidelines. Active participation and contribution in all client project reviews as well as internal service reviews; focus on the overall service quality and timely execution of the project being handled. Advises customers in project execution using globally distributed teams. Participates in thought leadership activities such as conducting speaker sessions at large conferences. Supports creation of CSI specific products and solutions. Provides input to the solution development team. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience. Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Google Analytics and Python. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience. Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Google Analytics and Python. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel required 10-15% of the time to various unanticipated client locations.
