Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency across operations. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Develop and update standard work and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Apply Lean problem-solving techniques to identify and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Utilize Inventor or AutoCAD to design layouts, tooling, and process improvements.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the plant.
• Support ergonomic and safety initiatives to create a sustainable work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR minimum 5 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role.
• Proficiency in Inventor or AutoCAD for design and layout work.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Experience creating and updating standard work and work instructions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
