The Senior Marketing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the marketing department — owning campaign execution, organization, and reporting across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer initiatives.
This role bridges creativity and precision: managing the marketing calendar, executing campaigns through Klaviyo and Shopify, optimizing content visibility (SEO), and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and on brand.
While this role manages and reports marketing performance metrics, overall campaign outcomes (CTR, ROI, and sales) are shared with leadership and channel managers.

Experience
3–5 years in marketing coordination, e-commerce, or campaign management. Experience in lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands preferred.
Technical Skills
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
Soft Skills
Excellent English writing and communication, detail-oriented, analytical yet creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Shift
Must have prior graveyard-shift experience with U.S. time overlap.
Education
Preferably from graduate from prestige Universities in the Philippines
Other
Must complete the Client's Skills Test before an interview.
