Job Description:
You will lead the design and integration of precision electromechanical systems for a revolutionary sustainable data storage platform. Moving fluidly between CAD and the laboratory, you will own the development of bespoke motion systems and microcontroller integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-generation physical infrastructure for the cloud.

What you will do:

• Design and develop precision electromechanical subsystems and bespoke motion control architectures.

• Integrate complex motion systems with microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators for high-performance automation.

• Lead technical prototyping in the lab, diagnosing and debugging electromechanical and control system challenges.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or mechatronics engineering within high-tech R&D or product environments.

• Expert-level 3D CAD skills with hands-on prototyping experience in machining, 3D printing, and assembly.

• Strong background in mechanical fundamentals including kinematics, tolerancing, and embedded microcontrollers.
