About the Company
A performance-driven DTC brand focused on aggressive growth through paid social, with a strong emphasis on Social platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, as a primary acquisition channel.
Scope of the Role
This role owns Meta advertising end-to-end, managing large-scale budgets and driving profitable growth through testing, scaling, and optimisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage large monthly ad spends with a performance-first mindset
- Analyse performance data and continuously optimise for ROAS and CPA
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams
- Test new audiences, creatives, and funnel strategies
- Report on performance and insights regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large Social ad budgets
- Strong understanding of paid social acquisition for e-commerce
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience working with performance creative teams
- Self-sufficient and results-oriented
