Senior/Middle DevOps Engineer (NXJ-96)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work on a production-grade analytics platform for e-commerce advertising. The role is focused on supporting and evolving a Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS, with a strong emphasis on GitOps, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

You will work closely with a small engineering team and have real ownership over infrastructure decisions, stability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve a production Kubernetes (EKS) environment on AWS

• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps principles (ArgoCD)

• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines based on GitHub Actions

• Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)

• Work on cost optimization (spot instances, right-sizing, resource optimization)

• Improve security practices (IRSA, least-privilege IAM, secrets management)

• Collaborate with developers to support deployment workflows and platform stability

• Maintain clear infrastructure and operational documentation

Requirements

• Experience as a DevOps / Platform / SRE Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production

• Solid knowledge of AWS (EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, SQS)

• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and Git-based deployment workflows

• Experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging stacks
  (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Fluent Bit)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to reliability
