We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join our development team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our internal CRM and workflow management systems, working closely with business stakeholders and contributing to architectural decisions across the entire software lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active development of our internal, custom CRM and workflow management platforms

  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of back-end systems

  • Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, including architectural design

  • Identify and implement improvements in quality, performance, and maintainability

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high software standards

  • Clarify and translate business requirements into technical solutions

 

Project Technology:

Backend: .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, C#, pure SQL (no ORM), ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET ASMX Web Services, Redis, Kafka

Databases: MS SQL Server, Informix, MySQL

Frontend: Angular 17, TypeScript

CI/CD & Infrastructure:

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core

  • Excellent command of C#

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals

    • Experience with MS SQL Server, Informix, or MySQL is a plus

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

  • Experience with SOAP (ASMX) web services

Additional Experience 

Experience in at least one of the following areas will influence assignment to one of our project teams:

  1. Frontend development: Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, CSS

  2. Multithreading & Asynchronous programming

  3. Advanced SQL expertise

Soft Skills

  • English and Polish level B2 or higher

  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn the business domain and collaborate closely with non‑technical stakeholders

Additional Information

Hybrid work model: 3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.

Office locations: Warszawa, Lublin, Poznań
