Job Description: Sales Support
Review and verify completeness of all documentation, ensuring required supporting documents are properly signed and compliant with company standardsFollow up promptly on incomplete paperwork to avoid delays in order processingCreate, amend, and manage orders in the system as requiredIdentify and resolve order submission issues by collaborating closely with sales representatives and internal teamsTake initiative to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts to prevent processing errorsTrack quotes status and update CRMMaintain and update records of all order submissions to ensure data accuracyPreparation of Sales Agreements when necessaryGenerate monthly reports on inventoryPerform other operational tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup)Experience in SAP and Microsoft dynamics will be an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast pace environmentA least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
