As a Senior Partnership Accounts Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Serving as primary point of contact for our Affinity Partnerships when liaising with Utility Warehouse and supporting the Director with our Strategic Corporate Partnership relationships.
- Growth & Performance: Driving profitable growth and customer acquisition by identifying and optimising the most effective marketing and sales channels within each partnership
- Project Leadership: Manage the launch and scaling of new large-scale, National, corporate partnership relationships)
- Cross functional Collaboration: Liaising with internal teams such as Digital marketing, technology and operations to ensure partnership initiatives are supported by accurate briefs, playbooks and technical integrations
- Commercial Oversight: Working closing with the Director to manage contract renewals, negotiate new growth routes and oversee performance reporting
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a "mystery shopper” and champion to ensure the UW brand is represented accurately and effectively across all partnership touchpoints.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Extensive Partnership experience: Proven track record in managing complex, multi-layered commercial partnerships, ideally within a regulated space such as financial services. You’ll be able to demonstrate success in growing customer numbers through Partnerships.
- Channel Marketing Experience: Deep understanding of how to stay “front of mind” within partnership relationships through digital journey, mailers, and event-based marketing. Experience of trade marketing or affiliate marketing is highly beneficial
- Stakeholder influence: The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally & externally. You’ll need to demonstrate experience of working with senior people at national organisations.
- Commercial Acumen: - Experience in contract negotiation and a data-driven approach to performance tracking and ROI
- Operational Agility: A self-starter with the ability to build playbooks & documentation from scratch, in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail: You’ll be in the detail and be prepared to get stuck into process, analysis and administration work.
- Mobility: A willingness to travel nationally to nurture relationships and develop longer-term strategic plans on site.
