Role Mission
As our Senior Planning Officer, you will serve as the strategic link between our sales commitments and operational reality by orchestrating the deployment of tracking devices for our most complex and high-volume customers. By managing the end-to-end planning process within the Operations department, you will ensure our clients realize the value of our technology through seamless, on-time installations.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Orchestration: Take full ownership of customer files once sales administration is validated to coordinate the execution and deployment phase effectively.
- Complex Deployment Management: Organize large-scale installations across multi-site and high-volume environments while strictly adhering to deadlines and contractual priorities.
- Resource Optimization: Allocate technicians and vehicles by balancing geographical, contractual, and profitability constraints to maximize productivity.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate operational constraints and identify risks upstream to proactively adjust schedules and secure commissioning timelines.
- Customer Experience Guarantor: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts on all organizational matters, providing professional and structured communication to ensure high satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to maintain an accurate and smooth flow of information across the business.
- Performance Monitoring: Track operational indicators such as "no-show" rates and deployment deadlines in real-time to adapt the organization to emergencies or unforeseen events.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: A degree in project management, supply chain, or a related field (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
- Operational Coordination: Several years of experience in planning, operational coordination, or customer relations, ideally within a multi-site or key account environment
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and use an analytical approach to resolve unexpected logistical events and resource conflicts
- Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communicator who can manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and demanding external clients
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable working with advanced planning tools, Excel, and CRM systems to manage data and schedules
- Language Fluency: French C2 and min. English B1
