Position Summary:
The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (AI & Cybersecurity) is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of artificial intelligence and modern security operations. As organizations accelerate AI adoption, this role is pivotal in translating that transformation into intelligent, automated, and agent-driven security outcomes. You will serve as the technical and strategic face of the organization during the sales cycle i.e. leading discovery, architecting AI-powered security solutions, and delivering compelling demonstrations that showcase the future of autonomous security operations.
The ideal candidate is a dual-fluent technologist: deeply grounded in cybersecurity disciplines (SOC, NOC, Network, Identity, Cloud Security) and equally capable of designing, building, and running AI agents, no-code automations, and agentic workflow demos using modern AI platforms. You will not just talk about AI in security - you will build it, show it, and sell it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and demonstrate AI agents and agentic workflows for cybersecurity use cases such as AI SOC Analyst, Auto-Triage Agent, Threat Intelligence Summarizer, Incident Responder, and Compliance Checker.
- Build rapid AI agent prototypes using no-code / low-code platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Copilot Studio, CrewAI, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Develop reusable AI demo libraries for SOC, NOC, Network Security, and IT Operations use cases.
- Translate customer security challenges into AI-driven automation solutions and demonstrate value through live demos and workflows.
- Design cybersecurity solutions across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, NDR, EDR, IAM, CNAPP, SSE, NAC, WAF, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security.
- Create HLDs, LLDs, reference architectures, and SOWs integrating AI into traditional security stacks.
- Architect AI-augmented SOC/NOC frameworks enabling automation, alert enrichment, and autonomous response playbooks.
- Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, customer workshops, demos, and PoCs.
- Translate customer requirements into AI + cybersecurity solution architectures and support RFP/RFI responses.
- Stay updated with AI security trends, LLM-driven threat detection, and agentic AI innovations, and contribute to sales enablement and GTM assets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams for solution development, pricing inputs, and governance across pre-sales engagements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, AI, Networking, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, or security engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, NDR, IAM, CNAPP, SSE, NAC, EDR, and WAF technologies.
- Experience building AI agents or automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Copilot Studio, CrewAI, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience designing HLDs, LLDs, PoCs, and SOWs for enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or cloud security certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Certifications or expertise in AI platforms and automation tools (Microsoft AI-900/AI-102, Google AI, etc.).
- Experience building AI-powered SOC automation use cases like auto-triage, LLM-based enrichment, incident summaries, or threat-hunting agents.
- Experience with MSSPs, cybersecurity consulting firms, or AI-driven security providers.
- Familiarity with MCP, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration architectures.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, DPDP, or SOC 2.
- Experience building demo labs, sandbox environments, or PoC accelerators for AI or cybersecurity solutions.
